Thank you for choosing to shop with OMOOSPACE. We are grateful that you trust our designed gears. Our top priority is ensuring that your experience using our products is enjoyable and fulfilling. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please initiate the return process.

Eligibility for Return: Items are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Condition of Returned Items: Products must be retuned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packing and accessories.
Process of Returns:

Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact us at hello@omoospace.com with your order number and reason for return.

Sending the Item Back: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us as we are not able to request return shipping label from courier partner at the moment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance,. You must inform us once you shipped out the item.
Refund

Inspection of Return: Once you return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval of your refund.

Processing of Refund: If you return is approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Shipping Cost:

Return Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by OMOOSPACE.

Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. IF you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange:

Defective or Damaged Items: If you need to exchange an item due to defect or damage, please contact us immediately. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchange of defective or damaged items.
Order Cancellations
If you have notified us of order cancellations, but the product has already been shipped out, you will have to reship the product back to us at your own expense in case you still do not want it. Once it goes out of our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.
